Jackson Campbell: RHP/OF, (2022) Cincinnati Country Day, OH. 6-foot, 165-pound. Solid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 91 mph. Starts in an athletic open stance with a quick controlled load, then uses a short stride. Level swing plane. He found some barrels through his rounds. Line drive approach. Athletic throwing from the outfield, he displayed power in his arm with throws up to 90 mph;had a natural fluid exchange, soft hands, and fluid footwork. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.17. Projectable on the mound, showed good arm speed, also used a ¾ arm angle and a long arm action. Feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with a clean finish. Curveball (70-72 mph), changeup (73-74 mph). Produced a fastball that came in at 86-88 mph. One of the more talented prospects still available in the midwest.

Started in an open athletic stance with a smooth quick load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed was above average, and showed a level swing plane. Projectable from the outfield, he showed plus arm strength by making throws to the infield at velocities up to 89 mph;had a clean exchange, smooth athletic footwork, and soft hands. Fields the ball one hand, movements laterally were athletic. Used a very quick arm action to the bases. Projectable on the mound, had a quick arm action and a ¾ arm angle with electric arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Has an athletic balance point. Threw his fastball 88-90 mph; has running action and arm side command. His 11/5 curveball (70-73) showed plus action. Shows fading action and arm side command on his changeup (74-75).

Defensive Projection: Centerfield. Delivery Notes: Moves extremely well on the mound with an effortless delivery. Very smooth arm action that appears to have much more in the tank. Arm is clean/fast through a high-¾ slot. Fastball: 78-81 mph. Physical signs and the fact he was up to 86 mph from the outfield point to more velocity in the tank. Curveball: 66-69 mph. 11/5, sharp offering that was in the zone frequently. Above average offering. Slider: 71-72 mph. Darts across the plate with depth. Works on different plane than curveball, with a true slider look. Changeup: 66-67 mph. Decent third offering that has some dip to it. Pitchability: Strike thrower for the most part. Additional Comments: Good athlete with arm speed and two above average breaking balls.

Uphill path allows for natural lift and barrel explodes through contact with authority. Run producer skill set. Also liked what I saw in the outfield. Moves with fluidity out there and cover a ton of ground. Big arm presently that projects for even more strength down the road.

A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Hands stay quiet during leg kick timing tigger. Physical bat with and in/out path. Ball jumps, showing signs of a middle of the lineup future. Path needs cleaned up a bit but the strength and batspeed combination is well above average for class. A corner type in the outfield with a big arm. Looks comfortable and athletic out there, playing through the baseball with above average ball skills. Solid defender.
A corner outfielder with a strong, athletic frame. At the plate he starts in a balanced setup with bat resting on back shoulder. Utilizes a slight back load with hands during his small leg lift timing trigger. Loading sequence is a bit rushed but timing wasn’t an issue in the at bats we saw. Campbell shows noticeable strength to hands with above average bat speed through the zone. The combination of natural tools and natural loft make him a constant extra base hit. Limited viewing of him in the outfield but he got a chance to show off the arm a few times which looks to be an above average tool as well.

5-foot-9, 140 pound infield prospect bats right handed displaying a level bat path and showed nice hand speed getting the barrel into the zone. Made contact well throughout the round squaring a couple up. Showed some nice power in his swing as well. Recorded an exit velocity of 76 mph off the tee. A rangy infielder with fluidity to his actions. Athleticism really shows on the defensive side of the ball. Showed reliable ball skills with the ability to make plays on the move. Solid defender. Athletic frame on the mound. Arm displays evident life as he uses short arm action through a high 3/4 slot. In his delivery to the plate, his fastball shows some jump out of his hand and ranged between 72-77 mph. His curveball offers some sharp 11/5 break at 58-59 mph. Changeup is still developing as arm speed tends to slow, but does show some diving action at 59-62 mph.
