2/8/14
The 6-foot, 185-pound righty sat at 83-84 mph and bumped up to 86 mph on a couple of occasions. He shows some deception in his delivery and has some arm side sink to his fastball. He doesn't offer a great deal of projectability, but the arm works and he throws multiple pitches for strikes. His slider shows late 10/4 action across the zone at 71-72 mph. He also showed command of a 75-77 mph that he sells with good arm action. Right now, Bullock holds several Division II offers. Now, he has to decide if he waits it out this spring to give Division I schools an opportunity to see him throw again and hope for a jump in velocity.
6-foot, 180-pound right-handed pitcher with solid build. Uses short arm action through an over the top arm slot. Uses a quick tempo on the mound. Fastball sat at 82-84 mph with occasional arm side run. His breaking sat between 66-69 mph while his changeup was 74-76 mph with some fade. Delivery requires regular effort. Filled up the zone with strikes.

5-foot-11, 185-pound prospect with thick, solid build. Registered a 5.39 40-yard dash. Shows the athleticism to play a corner outfield position or potentially third base. Shows fluid footwork with a quick, clean exchange. Reached a top velocity of 82 mph with long arm action through a high ¾ slot. At the plate, the right-handed hitter takes a short, slightly uphill path to the ball. He shows the potential for pull power. On the mound, the righty uses moderate arm speed through a high ¾ arm slot. His fastball shows late life and sits 79-81 mph. His curveball shows downward spin and sits 67-68 mph. His changeup is thrown with decent arm speed and sits 73-74 mph.
