Physical: Tall and lean, 5-foot-11, 165-pound frame with room to add strength as he matures. 7.31 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, even stance with a slight bend into the backside in the setup and the center of gravity over the toes. Utilized a short and controlled leg-lift stride in order to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone with occasional whip through contact. Generated a line drive approach during batting practice to the pull-side with a strong top hand, at times pulled out of the zone pretty quickly towards the shoulder to finish his swing. When the lower half led things, the RHH peppered all fields with a quality round and could hit pitches in any quadrant to either gap. Recorded a top bat-exit velocity of 83 mph according to Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary catcher sat down in a low crouch and featured adequate receiving skills with a soft glove hand at the catch point. Pop times ranged from 2.31-2.41 using short, directional straight line footwork towards the bag and a high ¾ slot with a moderate arm circle. Arrived on time to the spot while blocking and showcased recovery abilities. C - 63 mph
