Bellamy has an athletic frame. In the outfield, he moves fine in the corner and has some arm strength. At the plate, he hits from the left side from a slightly open athletic stance, short stride on line, short smooth load back. Hips rotate quickly and completely, very good lower half balance during his swing. Short and quick to the ball, stays inside and fires the barrel, gets extension through the ball, level to contact and gets uphill through it. Showed good approach working gap to gap all weekend, pretty much got the barrel on the ball in every at-bat across 5 games, has doubles power to the gaps now with potential for more as he adds strength.

Ryan has an athletic frame with some projection left to it. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short free arm action and easy effort to his delivery. Shoulders are level and closed, lands closed with an athletic finish. Fastball was 74-77, touching 78 with some angle and late run. He showed the ability to control how much run he had, switching between two and four seamers. Was still working 73-75, touching 76 in the fourth inning. Did not throws a change-up, just a very heavy two-seamer in its place. Curveball had some armspeed and sharp 2/8 break at 67-68. Showed ability to move fastball and curveball around the strike zone
