(Oak Grove, 2023) was sharp last night in his season debut. The uncommitted righty worked 85-87 early with good arm side action which produced several ground balls. Wedgeworth has a very good breaking ball with sweeping action and looks to work it off the outside part of the plate versus righties but can go back door to lefties as well. Uncommitted now but with his noticeable uptick in velocity, look for him to garner college interest as the season moves along.
