On the mound, Laughlin has an over the top arm slot, compact delivery, quick to the plate, works in line down the mound, throws with regular effort, fastball at 78-80 mph, some with late run, throws knuckleball at 62-64 mph, late sink, throws arm side, change up at 61-63 mph, fading action, near fastball arm speed.
