A veteran of PBR events, the 6-foot-3, 175-pound Miller has an athletic, projectable pitcher’s frame and has shown progression in command and velocity. With a high ¾ arm slot and whippy arm action, Miller showed good command of his fastball (80-82, topping at 83) using both sides of the plate. Miller also threw a 74-75 mph split finger fastball, with late, hard movement; a legitimate out pitch. He also showed an 11-to-5 breaking ball with late movement.

The very projectable Miller showed loose, easy arm action from the high 3/4 slot with a fastball topping out at 81 mph. The lean 6-foot-3, 175-pound right-hander impressed with a changeup showing good late run, an 11 to 5 curveball with good depth and a hard split finger fastball touching 78 mph. With his lean, athletic frame and easy arm action, Miller should see his velocity climb in the coming year.
