No. 1 Liberty 7   Rockhurst 3: Nathan Volkman hurled five and two thirds allowing three runs and striking out four as Liberty came back from a 3-0 deficit to defeat Rockhurst 7-3. Nick Hertzog’s sacrifice bunt in the fifth and RBI single in the sixth aided the comeback win.

No. 2 Lees Summit West 12   Truman 2: The Titans pounded out seven hits en route to a 12-2 victory. A two run homerun by John Fairchild and a solo shot from Matt Graham set the tone for the Lee’s Summit West offense. Matt Fultz added three hits on the afternoon, two singles and a double.

No. 3 Notre Dame 7   New Madrid County Central 2: Justin Landewee threw five innings of three hit ball and struck out eight as Notre Dame beat up New Madrid County Central. Jesse Schott had a two RBI double to lead the Bulldog offense.

No. 4 Westminster 8     Priory 1: Davis Vanderslice pitched Westminster to a 8-1 win, hurling six innings of three hit ball while striking out eight

No. 5 Springfield Catholic 9    Strafford 2: Austin Tribby led the Catholic offense with a double, two RBIs and three runs scored while Danny Richardson went three for three with an RBI and run scored.

No. 6 Clever 1   Billings 10: Billings ended the Clever fifteen game winning streak, with a convincing 10-1 victory. Conner Jenisch threw a complete game for Billings, shutting down the powerful Clever offense. Jensch helped himself smacking two homeruns on the afternoon.

No. 8 Vianney 13    Parkway West 5: Jake Walters led the way with a two for three afternoon. Walters had two doubles, three RBIs and two runs scored.

No. 9 Savannah 8     Chillicothe 1:

No. 11 SLUH 2    DeSmet 15: DeSmet starting pitcher Brandon Miller shut down the SLUH offense, while Connor Harrison went three for four with two doubles, six RBIs and two runs scored

No. 12 Pacific 5   Sullivan 4: Pacific remained undefeated with a 5-4 win over Sullivan. Hank Vandaveer continues to swing a hot bat, with a triple and two RBIs. St. Louis University commit Josh Moore continues to have success on the mound, throwing six innings and striking out nine.

No. 13 Parkway South 7   Fox 1: Ty Stahl threw an effective seven innings scattering three hits and allowing one earned run pitching South to the win.

No. 15 Crystal City 3   Festus 14: Festus upset crystal City behind the pitching of Tyler Almany, who allowed three earned runs and struck out four in the complete game win.

No. 20 Blue Springs South 4    Lee’s Summit 1: Jason Ginter and Landon Mason each had two hits; Jeffrey Lemberger and Logan Taylor combined to throw a four hitter.

Kirksville 4   Moberly 1: Wyatt Anderson and Gunner Anderson each went two for four at the plate, Wyatt with two RBIs and Gunner with one RBI and two runs scored.

Lee’s Summit North 7    Raymore-Peculiar 2: Seth Soto and Jordan Rice each collected two RBIs and Miles Kilgore threw a complete game scattering three hits and not allowing an earned run.

Perryville 11    St. Pius X 1: Jake Dobbelare went two for two with a double, homerun and three RBIs, while Alex Green picked up two hits, two RBIs and a run scored.

Lafayette 6    Seckman 2: Michael Dellville threw six innings striking out ten Seckman batters en route to a 6-2 win.

Kickapoo 8     Branson 1: Ryan Rippee did it on the mound and at the plate, throwing a complete game two hitter with five strikeouts, and hitting a grand slam.  Brodie Kern went two for four with two RBIs and two runs scored.
