8/5/12 Magsig proved why he is one of the better middle infield prospects in the state. At the plate, Magsig collected 4 hits at the Midwest Futures Games. He used his legs to stretch a single into a double and he flashed solid leather a few times. Magsig also displayed his arm strength by pitching in Game 1 and sitting 84-86 mph on the mound.
