Trailing in the 8th inning, Davenport ripped a game tying RBI double into the LF corner on a 3-2 pitch. Impressive bat with a nice approach at the plate. Led the way offensively turning in quality at bats at the plate. Showed good discipline at the plate working the count. Drew a walk early on in the game before coming back with a RBI double on a 3-2 pitch in his final at bat of the game.
