Tashjian is a 5-foot-11, 185 pound left-handed hitting outfielder. He hits out of an athletic, slightly open stance, with the hands pushed back behind the back shoulder. The load starts with a leg lift to get the weight to the back leg. The swing path is on a flat plane that produced a lot of hard line drives during batting practice, with an exit velocity of 86 MPH.
Defensively, he showed athletic feet and a strong arm from the outfield. The feet were light as he worked to get into a balanced fielding position, with the glove just off the front leg. As he transitioned to throw, he stays in line with his target. The arm swing is long and quick and showed a velocity of 85 MPH. He also ran a 7.22 second sixty.
Tashjian is a toolsy, athletic outfielder with a bright future. I like his ability to continue to develop.

5-foot-11, 180-pound left-handed hitting outfielder. Ran a 7.19 sixty on the laser at the event. The approach in the outfield is appropriate and athletic. Threw 80 mph from right field to the plate. Profiles as a corner outfielder at the next level. The bat is very good for me, tee exit velocity of 89 mph. The setup is even in base, the bottom half is under control throughout the swing. The ability to stay in his legs is obvious. The path is simple to contact and he spreads the field. Stayed in position to hit during the game.

5-foot-11, 180 pound left-handed hitting outfielder. Showed well at the event. Threw 80 mph from the outfield. The feet are athletic working to get into the fielding position. The glove is soft and in the correct position. The arm swing is loose and in line with the target. Showed good athleticsm and the ability to kick around the outfield and be reliable. At the plate, the tee exit velocity was 87 mph. The stance is athletic and the hands work freely with the bat. The path needs to be flattened and the bottom half needs to stay under control throughout the swing. Needs to accelerate the hands all the way through contact.
