6-foot-1, 160-pound left-handed hitting middle infielder. He ran a 7.4 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is solid with the hands, the feet need to be more active and aggressive as he feels the ball. He threw 66 mph across the diamond during the infield portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 85 mph. The setup is even in base, front foot open to start. The front foot closes down as he steps into the swing as the ball nears the hitting zone. The hands work well, the addition of physical strength will aid the development of his game. The frame is thin railed currently but should fill nicely and I like the overall skill set.
