Nicholas Farrell: 1B/RHP, (2021) out of Quabbin Regional, MA. is a 6-foot, 207-pound two-way prospect. During batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 85 MPH. His initial setup consists of a balanced, athletic stance with relaxed hands. He uses a short stride to start the swing and takes a flat path through the hitting zone into his finish. Defensively, he was 73 MPH on his throws across the diamond. As he worked through the ground balls, he showed he has sure hands, smooth feet, and a clean exchange. He moves well laterally and uses a high ¾ slot to work the ball across the field. Farrell also recorded a time of 8.8 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, the delivery is simple. He uses simple steps to get to the balance point. He then separates into a high ¾ arm swing. He lands square and finishes over his front side. The fastball sits 75-77 MPH with late sinking action. Farrell also showed a sinking changeup (65-66 MPH) and a sweeping slider (64-65 MPH).

Farrell is a physical 6-foot, 164 pound right-handed hitting first base prospect. He hits out of a wide, square stance. The hands begin just off the back shoulder and get into a strong position during the load. The swing plane is flat through the zone and produced a max exit velocity of 85.4 MPH. He also ran an 8.94 second sixty.
Defensively, he was 70 MPH on his throws across the diamond. He moves well around the bag, getting into a good fielding position. The hands are soft as he transitions through the ground ball. The arm swing is a longer ¾ slot and he finishes through the play, keeping a good line with the target.
On the mound, Farrell uses a short side step to get balanced, then works across his body to give hitters a tough angle. The arm slot is a higher ¾, producing a fastball that sat 72-73 MPH with late life. The secondary stuff has good action and works well off the fastball.

5-foot-11, 170 pound right handed hitting outfielder/infielder. . Arm was sore and no velocity was recorded. The feet moved well. Good transfer into a long and loose arm swing. In the infield, the feet were soft and athletic. The glove was good and in a the right position. Moved well into a good throwing position and a fluid arm swing. The bat had a tee exit velocity of 71 mph. The set up started out of a closed, wide stance. The hands moved back nice and the stride was short.
