The load is triggered by a knee slide and gets the weight over the back leg. The swing is flat through the hitting zone and produced a max exit velocity of 83.1 MPH during the batting practice. He finishes on plane and remains balanced throughout. He also ran a 7.34 second sixty.
Defensively, Caufield was 68 MPH across the diamond. The feet are good as he works to get into a fundamental fielding position. hands show well transitioning through to throw. He finishes through the play with a short arm swing and keeps a direct line with the target.
