5-foot-8, 150-pound left-handed hitting middle infielder. He ran a 7.41 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is appropriate as he remains active with the feet through the fielding of the baseball. The glove and hands work softly and handle the baseball athletically. He double taps the baseball after taking the baseball out of the glove, that will have to be eliminated as the speed of the game improves as he matures. The ability to handle the pivot is present as well. He threw 78 mph across the diamond during the defensive portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 85 mph. The frame has the ability to add physical strength which will aid in the development of his game. The setup is even in base and he uses a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The hands work freely and produce and simple path to the baseball. He showed the ability to spread the field during the batting practice session.
