6-foot-3, 205 pound left-handed hitter is one of the top left handed bats in the state with significant power potential. Balanced setup with quickness in hands and loose swing. Shows ability to drive the ball to all fields. Flashed his pull side power with a home run in BP that easily cleared RF wall. Projects as a middle of the order bat at the next level. Ran a 6.91 laser-timed 60 yard dash.
Athletic defender at third base with good lateral movement and soft hands. Has the arm strength needed for the position. Athleticism could also allow him to play a corner OF spot.
Also intriguing on the mound with a FB up to 87 with spin rates in the 2400's. Long arm action works through a high-3/4 slot. Occasional arm-side run. Works both sides of the plate well. Flashed a 73-77 mph breaking ball that likely develops into a true slider. Showed feel for an effective low 80's changeup. Filled up the zone with his three-pitch mix. Projects to add more velocity.
