6/19/18 - Uncommitted. Barry’s twitchy hands at the plate, high-waisted frame will give him a chance to make considerable jumps forward in the future as he matures given just how young he looks right now. Standing confidently in the box from the right side, the wiry-athletic outfielder loads his hands down and back before taking a more direct, quick path to the ball. Though he has hardly matured physically, the ball jumped off his bat, and he exhibited some strength to the pull side. A graceful runner, Barry utilizes his speed well on the bases where he had excellent instincts.6.61 runner, 99 mph exit velocity at PBR Future Games.
2/11/18 - 60 Time: 6.86, Position Velocity: OF-82, Exit Velocity: 90
6-foot-1, 155 pound RHH. Quick-twitch athlete with lot of physical projection in the frame. Posted best numbers across the board to date. Ran third best 60 time of the event. Slightly open stance, slight leg kick to get square. Hands stay quiet. Looks to drive the baseball to the gaps aggressively. Quickness in hands. Projects to add more power. Very athletic defensively. Works through the ball well. Arm strength continues to rise. Has potential to play CF at the next level.
10/29/17 - 60 Time: 6.96, Position Velocity: OF-80, Exit Velocity: 90
9/23/17 - 60 Time: 6.95, Position Velocity: OF-79, Exit Velocity: 87
