8/5/15 - Dougan is a 5-foot-11 185-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher. Recently committed to Allen County. Dougan runs a 7.28 60 and has an 81 mph exit velo.  At the plate, slightly open, line drive approach gap-to-gap, maintains barrel.  During defensive evaluations, 81 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, plays through ball, fluid footwork, clean transfer, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, Aggressive tempo with body control during delivery, over the top release, throws plenty of strikes, hands stay high during delivery, fastball topped at 83 mph with slight run, throws slider at 71-74 mph for strike, showed 11-to-5 breaking ball at 69 mph, will drop down to lower arm slot on change up, 78 mph.

6/3/14 - Wellsville 2016 RHP/SS Tony Dougan recorded an infield throwing velocity of 79.  In addition, the 5-foot-9, 160-pound righty worked in the 79-81 mph range with his fastball during bullpen work.
