He ran a 7.28 60 and posted an exit velocity of 82 mph from the right side and 76 mph from the left side. During hitting evaluations, Williams shows a simple and repeatable swing from the left side, leg lift into load, quick hands, level bat path, produced contact to right field. From the right side, across body with stride, quick hands, level bat path, looked to hit the ball to the middle of the field during batting practice. On the infield, Williams showed some athletic actions, fluid glove work, high three-quarter release, glove tap into transfer, accurate throws, positional velocity of 76 mph.
