5/7/15 - Rogge is a slender 6-foot-2, 170-pound class of 2016 right-handed pitcher for Rock Creek HS in Westmoreland, KS. Simple delivery with rhythm and flow, repeats. Loose three-quarters arm action. Fastball 83-85 mph early, touched an 87 and 88, works white-to-black in the strike zone with arm-side sinking fastball and firm glove-side fastball over the black. Command of a 69-73 mph 11/5 controllable breaking ball, high percentage of strikes, also shortened it up down and away for a strikeout.
