Bishop Dwenger High School, Class of 2021 5-foot-10, 185-pound SS / OF. During batting practice, he clocked an exit velocity of 86 mph Right-handed hitter with wide stance is balance in crouched setup, upward swing plane ending with a high two-handed finish. In the infield, he showed his ability to throw 78 mph across the diamond. Attacks the ball in the field, made consistent throws, and threw from a 3/4 arm slot. Showed confidence. In the 60-yard dash, he recorded a time of 7.18.
Scouting Report: 5-foot-9, 175-pound stocky frame. The infielder has good, efficient footwork while approaching ground balls, transitioning into his throws across the infield. Fields with his hands out in front of his body. Throws with a clean arm action through a ¾ slot reaching a top velocity of 73 mph. Could also work as a more athletic third base type. Right-handed hitter starts his swing from a wider base. Picks up his front foot and sets it back down in the same spot without a stride forward. Has a fluid load with his hands moving just past his back shoulder, swinging with a level bat path through the zone. Showed the ability to use the whole field during his round of batting practice, recording a top exit velocity of 80 mph and ran a 7.43 60-yard dash.
