True freshman. 6-foot-6, 220-pound frame with some strength and evenly proportioned weight, room to add on muscle. The right-hander worked his fastball in the 87-88 mph range and set up a short, bullet slider at 77-80 mph. To fill out his arsenal he went to a splitter at 77-78 mph with killed spin.
Positional Profile: RHP/1B
Body: 6-5, 215-pounds. Projectable
Delivery: Slight inward turn at a tall balance point. Square landing, in-line shoulders, balanced finish.
Arm Action: RH. Longer arm action from OTT slot. Good arm speed
FB: T85, 83-85 mph. Some ASR. T1981, 1844 average rpm.
SL: 74-75 mph. Short, tight action with a lot of feel for the zone. T1922, 1864 average rpm.
