He displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.81.

Quick hands that will create power if he stays balanced through swing; 90 mph exit velocity. Athletic movements in OF. 76 mph position velocity; arm strength will improve if he continues to use entire body and stay on top of the ball. Tools are present and should become more apparent with experience.
6/27/17: 5-foot-8, 135 pounds, ran a 7.77-60. Offensively, hits from a slightly open setup. Smooth load, leg kick timing trigger. Average lower half and balance. Showcased some bat speed with a level path. Rhythm is choppy. In the OF showcased a clean exchange. Tendency to play on his heels, hands are stiff. In the INF the exchange was clean with average glove work. Overall raw actions defensively. PITCHING: pitches from a long, high 3/4 arm action. Average balance and regular effort in the delivery. Shows some rhythm with level shoulders. Stays in line, lands square. Fastball is straight at 68-69, T70. Breaking ball currently lacks identity. CH was thrown with near fastball arm speed and a stiff wrist. Occasional fade, left up in the zone.
