Uncommitted. 6-foot-2 200-pounds. The Zagryn’s have turned into some of the most physically imposing players on any field they step onto. The strength has taken their game at the plate to the next level, and helps them to continue to perform. Carson had one of the most impressive at bats I have seen all year. The result was a back side home run in the early part of game 1 that was a huge momentum shift. He fought off multiple upper 80’s fastball’s up in the zone. He rarely missed the fastball, and has a really mature approach at the plate. The ability to cover all parts of the plate is what is most impressive. He matches plane, and can send an upper 80’s fastball up the middle or stay on the pitch down in the zone for a hard ground ball in the hole. He is continuing to be one of the top uncommitted bats in the 2025 class.

It has been a big spring for Carson Zagryn as he has made huge strides physically as well as carving out a prominent role for Blessed Trinity. It starts at the plate with Zagryn where the uncommitted junior creates quality hip-to-shoulder separation with a strong feel for the barrel. Easy leverage through the zone from an uphill path that's geared to do damage. Smoked a pair of pull-side doubles in this outing, and what feels like every time we’ve seen him this spring. Quickly becoming a strong defender at second with good instincts and body control while moving laterally. There's positional flexibility as well at both corners for Zagryn but the highest upside should come at the keystone as a big power threat going forward.

Uncommitted. Carson has been fun to watch develop over the years. He was apart of the ‘22 Junior Future Games team, and has not stopped progressing since. The frame has filled out, and is super physical at 6-foot-2 200-pounds. The strength at the plate has been the most impressive thing from Zagryn. He seems to always barrel balls consistently through the middle of the field. The approach is gap to gap, and never tries to do too much. He is versatile in the field, playing 2B on Wednesday night. He moves well, making a run saving sliding play to his left in game 1 of the double header.

6-foot-2 185-pounds. Zagryn has been a favorite in the ‘25 class since his ‘21 Junior Future Games appearance. During the 14u spring season at LakePoint it seemed like he could never get it out. He is beginning to find his groove at the varsity level. He has simplified his approach, and has found success hitting early in the at bat. He and his brother both have begun to fill out physically, and will be a big power threat in the Titans line up the next couple of years. His bat will keep him in the line up, and he is athletic enough to fit in anywhere needed.
