Georgia Class of 2025 Rankings: Top Uncommitted

As the fall winds down and players prep for the upcoming Spring, we expanded the 2025 GA Rankings to 255 prospects. As the build-up for the high school season is in full swing, we highlight the top 10 with more to follow this week with risers and top uncommitted prospects.

As always, the evaluation process is a fluid and ongoing process with multiple viewings in order to get the best feel for players abilities. It’s important to note that as players continue their development some show marked improvement at a much more rapid pace. That doesn’t indicate that other players got worse or went backwards, it’s just how player development works. As the year unfolds, players make improvements and new prospects pop up on the radar expanding the PBR rankings universe. In addition to the evaluations of players, our scouts, both those in Georgia and nationally, have also had multiple discussions with each other to review our individual lists and then make adjustments based on what we've each seen.

Nathan Nance OF / Appling County, GA / 2025From 6/30/23- Very athletic, energetic player with lockdown defense, impressive base running, and a quality bat. Athletic, medium build with proportional strength. At the plate, he has a minimal negative move with present bat speed and stays linear through the zone, finds barrels and displays that in his first National Championship game with a double (95 EV) and a triple to deep center. Quick, short swing with good fluidity and delivers barrels to all fields. He has above average speed with a 6.88 60 time and is a smart, aggressive baserunner. Impressive defender with smooth, athletic movement. Can play just about anywhere. Has been putting a show in Georgia this June and will continue to display his skills and abilities. |

Jared Glenn 3B / Dacula , GA / 2025From 7/31/23- A pure hitter that continued to display the hit tool in the Future Games. Well-timed in sequence with an advanced lower half sink and is well-balanced in stride. A clean and powerful swing that pleases the eye. At 5-foot-11, 200 pounds, he has a strong, athletic frame that he is well in-tune with. He displayed the contact and power with an RBI triple in the 3rd, smoked at 96 EV to build on Team Georgia’s lead. Glenn continues to develop power and can only trend upward from here, matching the power to the pure hitting tool. |

Matthew Pearch RHP / Dunwoody , GA / 2025From 7/21/23- What was really impressive about Pearch’s performance is that he was rocky and didn’t have his best stuff, but still performed very well and came out on top. Allowing 0 ER through 2 IP working through trouble, you see that he still found his way with hitters and did his job. At 6-foot-1, 185 pounds, he has a very athletic, strong build that allows him to excel in multiple sports. Not only is he a very impressive pitcher, but also a standout quarterback which makes his delivery all more impressive as he doesn’t get to work on it full-time but yet, has better mechanics than most. The QB-Pitcher profile is something that is fairly common in big-time arms and shouldn’t go unnoticed. He displayed standout athleticism on the mound in Future Games with a smooth, controlled and balanced delivery at a H3/4 arm slot. Fastball worked really well for him especially, generating a lot of whiffs and ran up to 88, staying consistently between 85 and 88. Had good feel for the curveball too, running 74-76. Pearch will be a name to follow through the remainder of his high school time and with his high projectability, there is no telling how high he goes beyond. |

Kenneth Hart OF / River Ridge, GA / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 43 / POS: 7
Hart is one of the more intriguing 2 way prospects in the state. At this point most players can see a path to be a position player or pitcher if they are a 2 way prospect playing at the level KJ is. The power at the plate is raw, and explosive posting consistent triple digit exit velocitys. The power tranfers onto the mound with an upper 80's fastball that will soon be sitting in the low 90's. A big spring is expected from Hart at River Ridge with a strong returning cast of players. |

Dillon Stiltner RHP / Trinity Christian , GA / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 46 / POS: 15
From 6/30/23- Stiltner was able to make a couple appearances this weekend with the first one being a tune up for bracket play. He filled up the zone as usual with the fastball up to 87. The fastball has late life, especially up in the zone. He was able to get multiple strikeouts on the fastball above the hands for swing and miss. He continues to clean his delivery up, and he looks even more effortless than before. The lower half is picture perfect with strong back leg drive and front leg lock out on the finish. The velo is going to continue to climb for Stiltner. In his bracket play outing he was up to 89. He is going to be a big name to know in the ‘25 class with a ton of upside in the mechanically sound delivery. |

Ean Marria 3B / Sequoyah, GA / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 61 / POS: 5
From 2/21/23- Big, strong frame at 5-11 200lbs, made to barrel up baseballs. At the plate, stands tall with his bat placed over his shoulder pointing down and a high back elbow. Straightens up more as he loads with a big leg kick, doesn’t affect his timing however as he sits in his back hip well to keep his power stored up before turning the barrel thru the zone. Could cut down some on the leg kick in order to minimize movements pre-swing and have more success with power to all parts of the field. Soft on his feet as he strides thru the baseball, maintaining all his leverage and coming uncorked as he makes contact with a slightly uphill path. Quick flick of the wrists puts a jolt behind the ball in clip, displaying how much raw power is behind his swing. Swing stays short and compact as he turns the barrel, not many pitches are getting past him as he establishes his weight back on the ground after his stride. Big time potential as a run producer, has found comfort and ease handling third base and has enough arm strength to consistently make good throws, but could also see him moving across the diamond to first as well. At either position, the bat will play. |

Mac Bradley C / Prince Avenue Christian, GA / 2025

3/28/23- This freakishly strong backstop is as sure of a bet as it gets to have top of the scale raw power. I can count on one hand the 2025 prospects with Mac’s overall strength & raw power, which are two extremely important traits needed to play this game for a long time. It was at this same Tallulah series in ‘22 that I first got to watch Bradley play. He hit a ball at head height about 390 feet to dead center then, and has put on at least 10 pounds of strength since. This is a dual sport athlete who trucks defenders for fun as a RB, but can just as easily leave them in the dust with his impressive straight line speed. He’s right there with fellow ‘25 C Dominic Stephenson with the run tool, and there are no other catchers even close in the class with that tool. As you see in the video below, his pitch recognition has improved leaps and bounds since last year. It was very encouraging to see him crush 2 breaking balls down the line that just went foul. Without question, Mac will have the bat strength to match elite velocity. Although the timing in his swing mechanics still need to improve, this is a bat filled with dynamite. His catch & throw has gotten so much better since last spring, as he made multiple throws that were on the money vs players with A/AVG MLB speed. The transfer, arm strength, and accuracy has improved. Even better, this was only his 3rd game back from a meniscus injury he had on the football field. So look for his overall game to take a big leap by the end of summer! |

Henry Akopov CF / Mt. Paran Christian , GA / 2025From 5/30/23- Akopov was one of my favorite guys to watch in all facets of the game. His athleticism shines through his swing, speed, and presence in the outfield. His patience at the plate was exceptional, working himself into a 3 ball count early in his first at-bat. He then drove a ball into the opposite field to record his first base hit of the day. His short-compact swing allows him to drive the ball well to all parts of the field with high exit velocity. Akopov then added a stolen base to his stat line to show off his quickness. Defensively, he excels with exceptional reaction time and shows off his speed by covering a lot of ground. He will be a very interesting player to watch develop over the next few years. |

Vick Gann OF / Houston County, GA / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 50 / POS: 8
2/25/23- Vick has been one of my favorite players of the spring thus far. He burst onto the scene with a grand slam against Mount Paran, and carried the momentum into the home opener with two singles. The lefty gets out of the box, and gets down the baseline quickly. The bat path for Vick is the key to his swing. He keeps the barrel in the zone, which makes him a hit machine. He closes out the lineup for Houston County, which could prove to be one of the biggest assets for the Bears. If the hitters throw him fastball early in the count he will have one of the highest averages on the team when the season is over. |
