Transferred from Florida to State College of Florida

3/17/15 - Florida commit.  6-foot-2 195 pound junior with a long, lean, athletic frame with room to fill out.  At the plate he has a pretty advanced approach – stands up right and has a good stride and separate approach that allows him to get the barrel on the ball easily with good extension.  Had two doubles on the night, one to right center and one off the fence in left.  Showed the ability to go the other way and the balls he hits have a lot of carry with more power to come.  Very good hitter, squared up the ball easily and gets great exit velo on the ball off the bat.  In the field he made all the plays that came his way at 2B, good arm and solid actions, seen at SS as well earlier in spring and looks just as comfortable there as at 2B.
