10/6/15 - Stetson commit. 6-foot-5, 190 pound lefty with a tall lose projectable body with some width in his back. Loose arm at a high ¾ slot. Fastball has good down tilt at 82-83 mph with some tail action. Curveball is a ¾ breaker at 69-71 mph. Throws strikes. High ceiling kid. Will throw harder.
2/11/15 - Uncommitted Junior. 6-foot-3,185 pound lefty with a tall loose lean athletic projectable body. I did not have a radar gun on him but I would say he is low to mid 80s. Throws a lot of strikes and can throw all 3 of his pitches for strikes. Likes to live on the outer half of the plate to a RH. Has a little deception in his delivery.

7-18-2018: Previously scouted earlier this summer as a reliever for the USA CNT, Senger is now starting every sixth day in the Cape. His most recent outing on July 15 was spectacular as he took a perfect game into the eighth inning on 81 pitches. After hitting the lead off man and walking the second batter, Senger managed to escape the inning with a no-hitter still intact. For the ninth, he handed the ball over to closer Aaron Ochsenbein (Eastern Kentucky) who struck out the side to preserve the no-no and a 3-2 Orleans victory. On the day the 6-foot-5 left-hander struck out eight, terrorizing hitters, especially left-handed ones, with deception and breaking balls. With stiffness in his delivery and the lack of ideal arm action for a starting pitcher, Senger consistently repeated his release point on this look. Worked very quickly with three pitches, including a 87-89 mph fastball and two breaking balls. He manipulated his breaking ball into a curveball thrown at 71-75 mph and a slider/slurve shaped breaker at 76-78 mph. Both pitches played plus due to his ability to repeat the pitch and pound or expand the strike zone with it. Overall, Senger profiles as a situational lefty at the next level with his plus breaking pitches and a fastball that should bump up into the low-90s with full physical maturity and a move to shorter stints out of the pen. He reminds me of current Dodger Tony Cingrani. (Seifert)

6-29-2018: Tall lefty with long arms and a long arm path. Below average athlete with stiffness to his delivery. Repeatedly missed wide to his arm side from a three-quarter slot. Despite his command issues, Senger presented a tough matchup for left-handed hitters by throwing several above average sliders at 77-80 mph. It took him an inning to find it, but when he did it became an out pitch for that inning. Mixed in a curveball to right-handed hitters at 72-75 mph with 1/7 rotation and average depth. Faced seven hitters; allowed one hit with two walks and two strikeouts. (Seifert)
