Committed to Florida Gulf Coast University.
Uncommitted. Physical, sturdy frame standing at 6-foot, 200 pounds with raw strength. Another one of the top players that stood out all over throughout the weekend. Friday night during his bullpen he showed a quick arm with above average hand speed, featuring a fastball that sat 87-89 mph along with a 69-70 mph curveball. Clocked in at 7.04 seconds for his 60 yard dash time. From the outfield, he showed actions along with carry and accuracy on his throws to the bag that topped out at 87 mph. Offensively, there’s some present pull side power and the ball jumps off the bat. Has strong hands through the zone and really drives the ball with authority. This translated to the cage where he registered a 90 mph exit velocity off a tee. Rogers is one of the top uncommitted follows in the state for his class with multiple above average tools.
Athletic with a long, loose arm from the outfield with hand speed. Carry and accurate throws, really looked the part with his throws topping out at 83 mph. Strong, fast hands at the plate which resulted in a few hard hit balls over the fence. On the mound displayed a simple windup with a slight pause in his delivery before his follow through. Ball jumps out of his hand, fastball sat 84-86 mph while also mixing in a 67-67 mph curveball and a 73 mph changeup.
