2/7/19 - Athletically built at 5-foot-11, 181-pounds, left-handed hitting outfielder. Really quick actions, ran a 6.98 60. At the plate he shows present strength and should add more. Drops hands into the hitting zone from the start giving him loft ability - may grow into some good power, 91 mph exit velocity off a tee. Defensively arm works from an over-the-top slot, with some looseness. Plays through the ball with fluid footwork, 77 mph from the outfield. Really interesting follow as he polishes his game.
08/04/18- Standing at 5-foot-11, 181 pounds he is an extremely well put together, twitchy athlete. Son of the University of Florida’s defensive coordinator Todd Grantham, you can see the all around athleticism. Running a team best 6.55 60 yard dash, he is an extremely twitchy athlete. Still fairly new to baseball full time, the tools are a bit raw in game, but overall he has a ton of tool and extremely high ceiling. Still a bit raw on routes in the outfield, he still track balls down extremely well with natural athleticism and closing speed. Offensively, the twitchiness translates to above average bat speed. He can cut himself off at times, but when he works through to extension, his natural strength has present power with more to come. Had a double in the game against Carolina and as he continues to get baseball reps the sky's the ceiling
06/23/18- Uncommitted. 5-foot-11, 181 pounds with a solid athletic frame. Showed plus speed with a 6.63 60, with a really quality gait, covering a lot of ground each stride. Also, the natural speed translated well in the game, showing great range in center field. At the plate he continued to show he is a fast twitch athlete with good hand speed. Uses the strength throughout his frame well. There is a simple trigger and load and stays compact with slight loft. There is natural loft from a strong upper body and works well with the lower half. Had a stand up triple to left-center during the game. Interesting player to follow as he is a very athletic fast twitch athlete with a high ceiling.
