A simple calculation that divides the athlete’s Exit Velocity Max by the athlete’s 60 Yard Dash time for the given event year. For example, 98 MPH / 7.00s = 14.00.
6-foot-2, 205-pound, strong, solid athletic frame, strength throughout. A right-handed hitting, left-side infielder. At the plate, wider setup, sits in a small squat, hands are relaxed at the shoulders, hands are loaded. For timing uses a simple pick up and put down, hands are back on foot strike, shifts weight to back side, hitting against a firm front side. The swing is short to the baseball, level across the chest, hands are inside the baseball, approach is from field to field. Shows very good power, had an exit velocity of 96 mph, can beat the outfielders. Runs very well for a bigger player, ran a 7.03 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, approach is under control, presents the glove early, working low to the ground. Feet and hands work well together, easy clean transfer into throwing hand. The arm works from a natural 3/4 slot, clocked at 74 mph. All throws on the bag, projecting out to play either corner position at next level.

8/26/20
6-foot-2, 205-pound right-handed hitting corner infielder. I thought he had a very good day at the event as the skill set is solid and he is a physical player. He ran a 7.01 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is excellent as he moves through the ball and shows soft hands with the glove. He threw 80 mph across the diamond with carry and accuracy. The bat has an exit velocity of 93 mph. The setup is wide in base and the front foot steps into the ball as it enters the strike zone. The swing is long and strong through contact, using a 1-handed finish after contact. The bat has good life and juice to it, he should develop power as he matures and gets into college. He played like a D1 prospect, the body frame and athleticism certainly sends that message.
