5-foot-11, 185-pound, average athletic frame, showing strength throughout, body works with minimal effort. A right-handed hitting catcher, showed well on both sides of the field, put together a very good workout. At the plate, setup is balanced, even feet, loose and relaxed hands at shoulder height. A controlled lower half with and easy foot pick up and put down, hitting against a firm front leg. The swing is super loose, free and easy, very smooth, drive the baseball to all fields. The exit velocity was clocked at 99 mph, an advanced approach. Defensively, had a pop time of 2.09-2.15, arm strength of 71 mph. slight guide on throws, has more in there. Could stay a tick lower and through it a bit more. Receive very well during bullpens.
