5-foot-1, 105-pound, thin, young athletic frame. A left-handed hitting middle infielder. At the plate, the hands really work through the zone, can handle and control the bat. The stance is at shoulder width, front foot slightly open, gets back to even with stride foot. The hands have separation, swing is down to level to up, barrel stays in the zone a long time, with an all fields approach. More of a slap and spray hitter at this point, has the understanding of how to go backside opposite. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 66 mph, with much more in there as he physically grows and gets stronger. Moves and runs well for his age, ran a 4.81 down the line, quick athletic strides. Defensive;y, threw 63 mph across the diamond, arm action is clean, working from a natural slot. The approach is under control, feet moving throughout. Works low to the ground, soft hans out front. The starts and turns were performed correct, around the bag. Once he gets stronger game will take off, trending in the right direction, will be fun to watch him in the coming years.
