5-foot-10, 175 pound athletic frame with a large build. He has a muscular body and can play multiple positions. In the outfield he showed a good first step, read and easy feet, gets off the blocks quickly. The arm is strong and the ball comes out with life at 81 mph, working out of a higher slot. Off the mound he looks comfortable and natural with a ¾ slot. The delivery has rhythm and he gets over his front side well, direction is inline, squaring up to home plate on release. The arm speed is advanced, it showed sitting 82-83 mph with sink on his fastball. His curveball was 69-70 mph and changeup sat at 77 mph. At the plate, he has even feet with a long stride. His swing is slightly uphill and he bars out his bottom hand while loading. He does impact the ball well with an 87 mph exit velocity and has two-handed strong finish. With the amount of athleticism he has the upside on him is huge. Projects for me off the mound, look for him to pitch at the next level, going to be a good one.

5-foot-9, 175-pound, average athletic frame, shows to have strength throughout, wrists and hands have strength. A two way player showed extremely well on both sides of the field. Off the mound this right-hander has a simple controlled delivery, the hands start and stay low, gets to a good gather, leg raise has coil to it. The arm action is clean on the backside, works out of a natural ¾ slot. The fastball was clocked at 78-81 mph with heavy, heavy sink and action to it, is a ground ball machine. The changeup was his top secondary pitch, proper fade and shape, good action, clocked at 74-75 mph, great arm to it. The breaking ball was clocked at 64-66 mph, more curveball break and tilt to it. Defensively, proper footwork attacking the baseball, transfer is advanced, uses more of quick shuffle. The arm action has some length, it’s clean and works out of the same slot is off the mound, clocked at 83 mph. At the plate, hits from the right side, feet are even, hands are high, bat is flat, loads into a strong tilted position. The lower half gains ground, lower half is under control. The swing is level to up, creates more loft and lift, looks to work to the pull side, tee exit velocity was 73 mph. Time will tell which way he will go, I like the ability to throw three pitches off the mound, with the heavy sinker, good follow.
