Off the mound, the delivery is simple, relaxed leg lift, inline stride, arm action is very clean on the back side, working from a 3/4 to higher 3/4 slot. The glove arm could stay stronger and track longer to plate, comes off at end. The fastball was located to glove side, lived in the bottom part of the zone, clocked at 68 mph. Look for a jump in velocity, arm action is loose and works with easy effort. Rolled a breaking ball in at 58 mph, will need to add more fastball hand speed, shows proper shape and spin to it. At the plate, even feet, relaxed hands at shoulder height. Simple pick up and put down with stride foot. The back side pushes, could get more drive. The swing is level to up, more of a pull approach finishes with one hand at shoulder height. The exit velocity was clocked at 77 mph. Look for him to take a big jump off the mound.
