Bay Area World Series 2020 (BAWS) - Uncommitted; Big/strong w/athleticism that plays well at catcher. Physicality stands out both at the plate & behind the plate. Arm strength will play no less than avg beyond HS, there is juice in the bat & a hard-nosed style of play that exudes confidence.

Central Valley Preseason ID - Medium frame with proportional size in legs/arms and frame that projects to add weight and strength as he matures. Ran a strong 60 yd dash with his athletic stride moving well once in motion (7.35). Tall, narrow stance with even hands that pull down and back with high front foot lift and knee tuck. Highly projectable swing works on a slight uphill path with the ability to get into slot and drive ball through the middle of the field; showed quick turns with flashes of above average bat speed. Strong secondary catching position with the ability to get the ball from glove to hand quickly while funneling to the middle of body; did a good job of handling some poor pitches and still putting the ball on the bag with compact and quick arm (2.0-2.04 pop, 72 mph). During the bullpens, his narrow stance showed well for pitchers with the ability to make subtle moves back into the zone and stick pitches when needing to. Blocking skills were also strong as he had the ability to athletically move as needed.
