3/2/19 - Nebraska commit. Wozniak has a very clean delivery where has a high leg kick and does a good job of turning his shoulders to create deception in his delivery. He worked an 83-85 mph fastball, touch 86 on a few occasions. He locates his fastball very well and it has some arm side run to it. Wozniak’s most impressive pitch was his curveball which he spun at 71-73 mph. His curveball was very sharp and had great bite to it. He had hitters off balance all night with this pitch. Wozniak also flashed a change that showed some potential to it. Wozniak did a great job of holding runners throughout the game with a great pick off move that caught a runner for a critical out.
1/24/18 - Uncommitted. 6-foot, 160 pound frame. Squared shoulders, big feet, body projects to firm up and add strength with continued physical maturity. Wozniak is left-handed pitcher that utilizes a high leg kick and full shoulder turn delivery, hides ball very well, ball jumps out of hand and gets on hitters in a hurry, very difficult to pick up the rotation on the ball. Shows command of the fastball that has arm-side run, pitch worked 82-83 mph, does a very good job hitting spots and varying his locations with it. Curveball is sharp and has late depth, 11-4 shape to it, pounds it in on right-handed hitters, pitch worked 72-73 mph, uses it as an out pitch. Holds runners well, good pick move, sub 1.2 to the plate with runners on.
