Uncommitted ‘24 INF Oliver Clements was one of BC’s better overall players on the week in Regina and has developed well since we saw him at last summer’s Future Games. Has added some size since then, now 6-foot, 185-pounds and the bat-to-ball skills have really trended upwards as he’s comfortable and controls AB’s in the box against high-velocity arms. Went 8-for-25 on the week with a triple and his offensive game is more hit over power right now. One of the top uncommitted positional players in Western Canada.
Clements, a 5-foot-11, 165-pound middle infielder from BC was a clear standout during the Future Games workout. During his round of BP, he hit the ball to all fields on a line and looked athletic on the diamond. He shows smooth actions on the infield with a quick arm that works across the diamond. Clements is one of the top infielders in Canada’s 2024 class.
