NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)

Slender 5-foot-10, 138-pound left-handed batter with room to grow, ran a 7.32/60. Offensively - effective load, quick to the ball with strong hands, keeps bat on level path through the zone, inner knee rotation triggers hips as he brings weight forward for an exit velocity of 78 MPH, further lower body engagement with help actualize extent of power. Defensively - soft hands, agile and balanced footwork, makes smooth transfer from glove to throwing hand for infield velocity of 79 MPH.

April 2017

Lean frame; bats L/throws R in the leadoff spot and playing SS for Cornwall. Even setup with quiet timing; zone awareness and stays inside the ball. Had the only 2 hits for the Dragons, both line drive singles after a first inning walk. Arm shows carry, limited opportunities in the field but stays in the game pitch-to-pitch.

May 2016

5-foot-10, 130 pounds; slight frame with room for growth with maturity. LH batter, RH thrower; playing varsity as an 8th grader. Saw time at SS (played last 3 innings-no plays at SS, but looked very fluid in warm-ups); just returned to varsity level after coming back after 2 months out with a broken thumb. Tools are there, a definite long term follow.
