6-foot-3, 200-pound athletic frame. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.45. Started in a quiet stance with a small load, then used a controlled stride to initiate his swing. Bat speed is above average, has short uphill swing plane and high finish. He found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Bolden showed his power ability with an exit velocity of 93 mph. Smooth in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 85 mph; had a quick exchange, smooth footwork and twitchy hands. Used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot.

Bolden showed a very physical frame in the box with an even stance and a toe tap approach. He does a nice job incorporating his lower half into the swing. There is some tilt in the swing path and he showed power to the middle of the field to the pull side. He was 89 mph off the tee and also showed well during defensive drill work. He showed plenty of arm strength across the infield at 85 mph and looks natural moving laterally. Very aggressive fielder and worked well on the slow roller in front.

Bolden showed a slightly open stance and a toe tap approach on the front side. The swing showed some violence and he did a nice job keeping the back elbow slotted, forcing the hands and barrel inside the ball. Nice extension through contact and there is some tilt in the bat path as he showed a pull side approach, driving balls to the LCF gap. Was 88 mph exit velo off a tee and an event best 87 mph velocity across the dirt. Showed solid glove actions at 3B and showed off nice feet approaching ground balls. Played low to the ground and showed nice flexibility in the hips.
