Nice arm action that showed some cross fire action on the fastball that was 80-81 mph with late life. The breaking ball shows very tight spin and has slider action. It also moves very late. Was very deceptive in the delivery and consistently commanded both sides of the plate. Nice ‘22 arm. Tall stance at the plate with the toes pointed in to start. The hands are set high in the stance with a toe tap approach used to set his timing. The approach was mostly pull from a flat barrel path, showing mostly hard ground balls and line drives. At 3B, the arm strength to 1B is nice with accurate throws and he looked very natural moving to his glove side.

Shows some life in the arm on the mound and did a nice job of hiding the ball from hitters, creating some deception. The delivery was a bit of crossfire across the body which resulted in some cut on the FB, which was up to 80 mph. The breaking ball showed tight spin with slider type action at 65-66 mph and he was able to flip this pitch in for a strike at any count. Started with the feet even in the stance at the plate and showed a mostly middle to oppo approach. Small toe tap with an even barrel path through the zone. At 3B, he showed plenty of arm strength on the throw across the IF. The ball really took off out of the hand and he moved well through the throw with solid glove presentation out in front.
10/06/19
Showed nice arm side action and plus command on the FB that was up to 81 mph. The arm action is clean and quick with late life on the FB. Really commanded the bottom half of the zone. The breaking ball showed tight spin with slider type action at 69-70 mph. Really located to both halves of the plate with all pitches. Even stance toe tap approach at the plate showing nice hands at the plate. The swing plane is level and he could add some more juice in the future by staying through the hitting zone a bit longer. Solid fundamentals at 3B with nice glove action and athletic movement on the slow roller in front of him
