Has some quick twitch actions in his game. The glove works and the feet are “plus” with natural, easy actions in the dirt. The arm strength is nice and he showed nice lateral movement. May project at 2B in the future. At the plate, the switch hitter has natural instincts from both sides. He showed a slightly open stance from both sides and a pull side approach as well. Handles the bat very well and looks like a prototypical 2 hole type hitter. Simple toe tap approach on the front side.
6/25/19
Solid skills that brought a lot to the table at this event. Switch hitter that started open and stayed in the middle of the field with his approach. Looked a little more comfortable from the right side during BP. Level swing. Will only improve as he grows and gets more strength. Defensively, showed solid glovework with above average feet. Arm strength was average at 77 mph, but will rise as he continues to develop.
1.20.19- Young, switch hitting MIF prospect with solid actions in the field. Has some quick twitch actions and has a sound fundamental base to his defensive game. He will continue to get stronger over the years but the fundamentals are definitely there. Showed a quiet load from both sides of the plate and a middle of the field approach. Starts very slightly open with nice rhythm of the hands. Appeared to be more of a natural right handed hitter
