Showed a nice effortless delivery that he was able to repeat pitch after pitch. The FB was up to 82 mph with late life with movement to the arm side. The breaking ball showed slider action at 72-74 mph with nice shape. The change up was a good pitch, showing nice vertical movement which resulted in soft ground balls at 70-72 mph. Harvin is an intriguing ‘21 arm to follow that shows a very solid 3 pitch mix on the mound
Showed a very clean delivery from a high ¾ slot and the ability to command three different pitches. The FB was up to 81 mph with nice movement and late sink with spin rates in the mid 2000’s to low 2100’s. The breaking ball was more slider type action but also showed a bit of tilt at 71-72 mph and spin rates in the upper 1800’s. The change up was 72-74 mph with plus deception out of the hand, showing some tumble into RH hitters. A really intriguing arm on the mound.
