Day 1: WWBA Underclass (Ft. Myers)

impressive underclass position players, and a rain delay that caused several games to push past midnight. With so much underclass talent shipping into southwest Florida, and being spread across multiple facilities, there seemed to be great baseball being played all over. Below is just a sampling of from the day as PBR was On the Hunt throughout:
MLB BREAKTHROUGH SERIES
After seeing the roster for the MLB Breakthrough Series program, I was eager to check them out, and caught them after they went through a full workout session earlier in the morning. 2020 OF Chase Davis (Franklin HS, CA), an Arizona recruit, picked up where he left off at the Underclass Area Code Games in August, hammering a loud triple to left centerfield after falling behind in the count. His physically impressive, 6-foot-1, 207-pound frame continues to stand out with defined lower-half strength, and his feel for the barrel and knack for hard contact continue to impress.
