PBR Mid-Atlantic Border Battle Spotlight: 3B/2B J.R. Stricklen

J.R. Stricklen is a 6-foot-2, 175-pound left-handed hitter that registered an 83 mph bat exit velocity while going 2-for-9 at the plate in game action. He starts from a slightly open stance and incorporates a toe tap stride while showing the ability to barrel the baseball routinely to all fields. Stricklen displayed a 70 mph arm across the diamond and the ability to play multiple infield positions.
Stricklen enters his senior season following three productive high school seasons. He is a career .331 hitter and needs just 14 hits to reach the elusive 100 hit plateau in 2015.
