As we begin to get closer to the start of the 2018 high school season in Virginia and DC, it is time to reveal our Preseason All-PBR Team. Players that are featured on this team are players that we think will have major impacts for their teams this spring. Bear in mind that we are boiling players from over 400 high schools around the Commonwealth and the District into four teams, so we will be leaving off plenty of players who will undoubtedly have big seasons in 2018. We will recognize those players throughout the season with our coverage and at the end of the year when we do our final 2018 All-PBR Team.

We begin by revealing our Preseason All-PBR Underclass team. This team is made up of members of the Classes of 2020 and 2021. We feel that all of these players have a chance to be key parts of their respective teams, even knowing that they are freshmen and sophomores.
