As we approach the start of the 2018 high school season in Virginia and DC, it is time to reveal our Preseason All-PBR Team. Players that are featured on this team are players that we think will have major impacts for their teams this spring. Bear in mind that we are boiling players from over 400 high schools around the Commonwealth and the District into four teams, so we will be leaving off plenty of players who will undoubtedly have big seasons in 2018. We will recognize those players throughout the season with our coverage and at the end of the year when we do our final 2018 All-PBR Team.

We continue the unveiling of our Preseason All-PBR Team with the Honorable Mention. This team is made up of members of the Classes of 2018 and 2019. We feel that these players are likely to have major impacts for their team during the 2018 season, but they just missed making one of the three All-PBR Teams. It is very possible that players from this list could end up on First Team All-PBR by the end of the season, it would not surprise us in any case.
