Today is our second edition of the breakdown on players from the 16U/15U bracket of the Mid-Atlantic Summer Championships that occurred last week.
Mid-Atlantic Summer Championships 16U/15U Part II
Sullivan Holmes RHP Liberty Christian 2022
Long projectable frame with room to add strength. Was very interesting arm on the mound for Fielder's Choice. Lacked feel for the zone during his outing, but has the makeup to be one of the better uncommitted arms in the state. Average balance point and gets going down the mound with slight elevation in the shoulders and lands slightly closed. Was more efficient from the windup, as he gets out quick from the stretch and falls off at landing causing some control issues from the stretch. Fastball played mainly to the glove side at 83-86 mph and touched 88 once. Breaking ball displayed below average feel and 11/5 shape at 67-68 mph. Arm speed and intent on a 79 mph changeup.

Dillon Stowers CIF/RHP Liberty Christian 2022
Strong physical frame with some two-way potential. Had some loud barrels during the tournament, mainly to the opposite field gap. Likes to get hands extended and displays power potential to all fields. Adequate defender at third base, but if he is going to play positionally at the next level it will be at first.

Stevie Donches OF/SS Woodgrove 2022
Athletic frame with some twitch. Had a solid tournament with a few multi hit games. Quiet hand load and short to contact with some pull side line drive tendency. Is an above average runner and instinctive on the bases. Above average defender with solid lateral range and above average arm strength across. Will be an intriguing athlete to follow.
2022 Stevie Donches of Woodgrove with his second hit of the game. Great feel for the barrel, keeping his hands back on this breaking ball and shooting it down the line for a double.
