The arm action is good from different angles and on the run, showing the ability to play all three infield positions. The right-handed hitter starts from a tall upright stance, lowers himself with a gliding, hover-like stride, walking away from his hands to land in an athletic hitting position.
Jordan Westburg, SS, New Braunfels HS, 2017
Mississippi State commit. 6-foot-2, 190-pound athletic frame. Long stride runner with good speed, shows advanced range on the infield with good footwork and a strong arm. Offensively, the right-handed starts from a tall stance, quick leg-kick, fast-twitch bat speed with good barrel awareness.
