Max Semler
North Texas Scouting Director

TEXAS - Over the weekend of September, 20 - September, 22, we hosted the Upperclass State Games at Weatherford College where we saw some of the top 2025 & 2026 players in the State. The weekend kicked off on Friday night with a workout for position players. They ran 60's, threw from defensive positions, and ended the night with BP. Saturday and Sunday consisted of gameplay where the pitchers had their TrackMan data recorded. This event featured a strong group of players from top to bottom and that showed throughout the entire weekend. Today, we take a look at the scouting reports from each cathcer and outfielder in attendance at the workout on Friday night.

OUTFIELDER SCOUTING REPORTS

Brady Boozer OF / 3B / Grapevine, TX / 2025

Positional Profile: OF/3B LHH/OF…athletic with room to add needed strength. Opportunities to increase consistency at plate, like the upside to bat/power with adjustments. Solid defender with range present.
Body: 6-2, 171-pounds. Lean, athletic, good build/frame to add strength in future. Will have good build in future.
Hit: SH. LHH…Lands slightly closed position to hit after stride. Linear movement to back foot, does a nice job of using lower 1/2. Body leans back at contact, would recommend he gets upright with body hitting into firm front leg. This will help increase lower 1/2 use and rotation acceleration. Hands/barrel start in solid position to hit. Hands drop in initial swing movement instead of taking direct path. Barrel follows hands down with uphill swing plane, also has trouble adjusting with swing. Would recommend keeping hands up and taking direct path forward. 67.8 mph bat speed with 12 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 90 max exit velocity, averaged 75.6 mph. 320' max distance. LHH..opportunities for adjustments present. Upside to bat power combo.
Arm: RH. OF-85 mph. Arm works fine, lacks arm speed. Fringe accuracy to throws. Quick twitch athlete who can improve raw arm strength with long toss throwing program. Shoulder fly's open with throws, spins off instead of following throw with footwork.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down fielding. Plus range moving to baseball. Can play CF.
ATH: 6.56 runner in the 60. 1.60 and 3.70 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Good mover, quick acceleration. 28.20 max vertical.

Graham Charboneau OF / RHP / Kingwood, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: OF/RHP RHH/OF…will gain strength. Aggressive swinger with bat/hand speed. Hard contact off barrel . Moves well in the OF with solid arm strength. Will continue to improve.
Body: 6-2, 202-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength, will have good build in future with added strength and maturity.
Hit: RHH. Lands in solid position to hit after stride. Rotational back foot, does a solid job of using lower 1/2. At times looks little out of control with body. Would like to see him hit into his front leg more, sits into back leg now. This is costing power and impact. Hands/barrel in good launch position. Aggressive swinger showing bat/hand speed. Little pull conscious at times. 74.7 mph bat speed with 24 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 103 max exit velocity, averaged 89.8 mph. 329' max distance. Solid swing with good bat/power combo. Aggressive swinger, athletic in the box. Opportunities for adjustments to improve hard contact consistency.
Arm: RH. OF-92 mph. Arm works well, carry to throws. Fringe avg accuracy with misses to left of target.
Defense: Solid defender in OF, moves well to baseball, nice job of breaking down to field.
ATH: 6.91 runner in the 60. 1.64 and 3.82 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Solid start, good mover. 38.70 max vertical.

Wyatt Clewett 3B / RHP / Montgomery, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: 3B/RHP Like the upside. Physically will have good build. FB will continue to develop, will throw harder, like the down plane, opportunity for him to develop ability to work up in zone. CB/SL look to be similar, short breaker with down action. Change will be avg pitch in future, presently slows arm hindering deception and command with front side running away from arm. Around zone today. LHH/Inf, OF…will get stronger. Tools present with opportunities for adjustments to continue to improve. Upside. Good player.
Body: 6-4, 193-pounds. Good, projectable body, lanky. Frame/build to add strength, will have good build in future.
Hit: LHH. Lands in good position to hit after stride. Linear movement to back foot, does a good job of using lower 1/2. Body lays back at contact, would like to see more upright, hitting into firm front side. This will help with rotation acceleration as well. Barrel/hands in good position to launch. Takes good path to hitting zone with hands/barrel. 77.6 mph bat speed with 13 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 101 max exit velocity, averaged 95.0 mph. 390' max distance. Opportunities to improve lower 1/2 use with adjustments. Power will continue to develop.
Arm: RH. INF-91 mph. OF-92 mph. OF…Arm works well with arm speed present. Shows avg raw arm strength now with fringe avg accuracy. Project plus arm future, from OF. Can improve getting throws at head high for cutoff man. Inf…length to circle for infield, would like to see more compact circle when on the dirt, may be difficult to do with pitching, Throws have carry, showed ability to throw from all angles.
Defense: OF…Moves well to baseball breaking down to field well. Shows range in OF, ability to play all 3 OF positions in future. INF..feet work well getting body into position to field. Must firm footwork with feet playing thru baseball. Fields ball deep, can improve fielding ball out front. Shows decent body control/agility in the infield, long lanky build, this will improve with strength and physical maturity.
ATH: 6.75 runner in the 60. 1.62 and 3.79 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Good mover, runs well, good acceleration. 31.00 max vertical.

Landon Collins LHP / OF / Friendswood, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: LHP/OF LHS…Upside. Arm works fine, arm speed will increase. FB has nice attributes, will be able to work up/down, some life present. Slider can be developed. Change will be nice pitch in mix. Strike thrower, can start. LHH/OF defensively steady OF, arm effectiveness can improve with adjustments. Hitting has opportunities for changes to be more efficient and improving future bat/power combo.
Body: 6-3, 192-pounds. Good build/frame for future strength. Well proportioned, will have good build as he matures and gains strength.
Hit: LHH. Toe tap stride with inward turn of shoulder and hip. Lands in decent position to hit. Front shoulder/hip starts to open early in swing. Rotational back foot that gets stuck never getting lower 1/2 involved effectively in swing. Would like to little less closing off of front side and developing ability to get back foot fully turned to allow lower 1/2 to work in swing. Length to swing created with inward turn, high back elbow, barrel starts near vertical. Barrel dump to start swing creates uphill swing in zone, pulls off on outer 1/2. Would recommend softening back elbow, getting barrel located more back behind head and taking direct path to hit zone with hands barrel working to get more on plane. 73.1 mph bat speed with 7 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 85.7 mph. 340' max distance. Opportunities present for adjustment. Like the upside to bat/power combo with changes.
Arm: LH. OF-90 mph. Length to arm action, doesn't stay behind baseball. Throws tail, fair accuracy. Throws play below avg with lack of carry due to tailing action. Needs long toss program to improve staying behind baseball and improving arm speed. Upside to arm strength/carry with adjustments.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down to field baseball well. Fringe avg range, corner OF next level unless run speed takes jump.
ATH: 7.08 runner in the 60. 1.69 and 3.90 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Runs well, solid mover. 26.80 max

Weston Cox OF / OF / Plano West, TX / 2025

Positional Profile: OF/OF RHH/CF…athletic, will add lean strength in future. Plus range in OF, solid defender. Hit over power, shows line drive contact. Solid approach to hit with couple of opportunities for adjustments. Plus runner.
Body: 5-9, 150-pounds. Live, athletic body. Lean build, can add strength.
Hit: RHH. Lands slightly closed after stride, solid position to hit. Rotational back foot, lower 1/2 works fine. Can improve drive back hip forward by creating some linear movement with back foot. Working hitting into firm front side and driving hip forward with linear movement. Hands/barrel in good launch position. Solid swing with hands and barrel taking good path to hit zone. Shows line drive contact, at times looses barrel with slight dump creating fly ball contact. Fly ball contact is not his game, line drives/ground balls are taking advantage of run tool. 64.2 mph bat speed with 10 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 91 max exit velocity, averaged 81.8 mph. 309' max distance. Solid swing with couple of adjustments to firm ability. Hit over power. For success, needs to be line drive, use all fields, contact approach for success.
Arm: RH. OF-82 mph. Arm works fine, lacks arm speed. Long toss program would be beneficial.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, plus range. Breaks down well to field baseball. Behind step crow hop, loses momentum throwing, would recommend trying to crow hop in front to keep momentum of lower 1/2 throwing. Good defender in CF.
ATH: 6.61 runner in the 60. 1.67 and 3.72 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Good mover, runs well. 36.10 max vertical.

Ethan Downum OF / Reedy, TX / 2025

Positional Profile: OF Solid player. Upside to strength physically, raw power will improve with added strength. Nice defender with ability to play either corner OF spot. Solid contact off barrel, productive.
Body: 6-0, 162-pounds. Great build/frame to add strength. Will have solid build with maturity and added strength.
Hit: LHH. Solid approach to hit, stride foot lands with length between feet, body in good position to hit. Rotational back foot, does a nice job of using lower 1/2. With length created with stride, would recommend trying for some linear movement with back foot, hitting into firm front side, should increase use of lower 1/2. If not comfortable, with movement not a huge deal…looking for opportunities to get better. Hands start high with bat vertical, barrel movement into zone creates some length and slight uphill plane. Pull approach in BP, uses all fields in games. Shows ability to find baseball with barrel, not a big fan of barrel setup and approach into hitting zone, but, it works for him. Wouldn't change right now. Timing is concern as velocity picks up at next level. 72.6 mph bat speed with 16 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 99 max exit velocity, averaged 87.0 mph. 366' max distance. Shows ability to get barrel to baseball, solid contact. Approach works for him. Keep swinging it.
Arm: LH. OF-88 mph. Arm works well, near avg arm speed. Tail to throws, must improve staying behind baseball with hand generating back spin carry. Hand/wrist drop some creating side spin. Chance for avg arm, carry in future with adjustments. Fringe avg accuracy.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down well to field. Fringe avg range present, solid steady defender. Corner OF.
ATH: 7.15 runner in the 60. 1.70 and 3.96 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Solid start, runs well. 26.30 max vertical.

Tanner Drda OF / RHP / Memorial, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: OF/RHP RHS…love the upside. Solid delivery and arm action, arm speed present. FB velocity will continue to develop. CB has action now, will get swing and miss. Slider shows quality with short action. Change is developing pitch. Starter mix, strikes, athletic. Lot to like. RHH/OF…will get stronger physically. Solid swing showing line drive contact. Look for raw power to come as strength increases. Solid, steady defender in OF.
Body: 6-1, 190-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Well proportioned.
Hit: RHH. Lands in good position to hit. Rotational back foot, gets stuck at times. Would recommend working on linear movement with back foot and hitting into firm front side along with making sure foot gets rotated. If more comfortable staying with rotational foot…make sure it gets rotated at all times. Hands start in good position, barrel starts with wrap. Hands take solid path to hit zone, some length to swing. Looses barrel down, below the hands on rare occasion, otherwise solid line drive swing. 76.6 mph bat speed with 19 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 102 max exit velocity, averaged 92.6 mph. 359' max distance. Opportunities for adjustments present, upside to contact consistency. Shows line drive contact. Raw power will continue to develop with added strength.
Arm: RH. OF-89 mph. Arm works well, shows carry to throws. Nice job of lower 1/2 maintaining momentum throwing. Can improve with long toss program, chance for plus arm in future.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down and fields well. Solid defender, decent range, corner OF at next level.
ATH: 7.13 runner in the 60. 1.72 and 3.98 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Hard runner, decent acceleration. 27.30 max vertical.

Rock Duer OF / SS / Marcus, TX / 2025

Positional Profile: OF/SS SH/CF…athletic, will get stronger. Solid approach to hit with couple of opportunities with swing adjustments creating upside to hit potential. Solid defender in the OF with plus range. Steady performer. Good tools and make up.
Body: 5-8, 173-pounds. Smaller with good build/frame to add strength. Live body.
Hit: SH. RHH…Lands in solid position to hit after stride. Rotational back foot, does a good job using lower 1/2 in swing. Shows balance at plate. LHH…Lands in good position to hit, rotational back foot, gets stuck at times, when rotated fully and on time works well. RHH..Barrel/hands start in good position to hit. Solid bat/hand speed present. Hands work well in swing. Slight scope swing present with barrel creating fly ball contact. Would like to see barrel take more direct path to zone. LHH…hands in good position to launch, barrel has slight tip over top of cap creating some length to start. Scoop swing creating lift into hit zone. Would love see less tilt and more direct path in zone with barrel. Line drives/doubles should be his mindset. 72.3 mph bat speed with 20 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 98 max exit velocity, averaged 90.2 mph. 344' max distance. Hit over power with upside to hit ability. Couple of opportunities present for adjustments to swing to improve contact consistency and line drive contact.
Arm: RH. OF-89 mph. Arm speed present. Behind crow hop step slows momentum of feet throwing. Needs long toss program, would recommend trying crow hop in front seeing if comfortable and allowing foot speed to continue, also opens lead shoulder, keeping closed will help throw consistency.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down to field well. Shows range in OF, can play CF.
ATH: 6.69 runner in the 60. 1.64 and 3.72 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Good start, acceleration. Good mover. 31.40 max vertical.

Jacoby Dutchover LHP / OF / Midland, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: LHP/OF LHH/OF…solid approach to hit with nice contact, using all fields. Defensively steady defender. Will gain strength in future, solid position player. LHP…good mover. Like the upside to FB with velocity and developing pitch ability. Slider shows spin, inconsistent release point hinders quality. Slider actually looks like CB to my eyes, either way, command develops, solid pitch. Feel for change present. Will fun to watch develop.
Body: 5-9, 161-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Will have solid build in future. Shows some lower strength now.
Delivery: 1st base side start with cross step delivery, creates angle. Simple side step rocker. High knee lift, cast stride leg out, then down slope. Nice job of using lower 1/2, chest gets over front leg.
Arm Action: LH. Full circle, works well. TQ slot with good finish. Developing arm speed, solid now.
FB: T87, 84-86 mph. Command can improve. Needs to work FB down in zone along with working to glove side taking advantage of angle created from delivery. Like the upside to FB. Shows some effective FB arm side, will be really good when he learns to work glove side. T2189, 2040 average rpm.
SL: 73-76 mph. Solid spin, inconsistent release point. When landed showed quality action with depth to finish. T2253, 2109 average rpm.
CH: 80-82 mph. Tail/sink with avg deception. T1682, 1588 average rpm.
ATH: 7.03 runner in the 60. 1.73 and 3.91 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Runs hard, moves well. 27.90 max vertical.

Jake Earnest OF / LHP / Memorial, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: OF/LHP LHH/OF with ability to add strength. Swing works well in zone with opportunities for adjustments in future if warranted. Steady defender in the OF, solid player.
Body: 5-9, 181.7-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength.
Hit: LHH. Lands in good position to hit with stride. Back foot lacks consistency to movement to get lower 1/2 involved. Rotational at time, linear at times with slide back away from plate. Can improve lower 1/2 use with firming of back foot, like the linear movement with foot moving forward, can slide away some on pitches away. Upper torso leans back slightly, would recommend trying to be more upright, better posture in swing. Leaned back torso creates uphill plane in swing. Fair bat speed with better hand speed, bat speed will increase with added strength. Barrel swing initiates from tipped position over front of cap creating length to swing. Would recommend working to see if he can shorten hand trigger along with keeping barrel closer to back of head. Swing works thru zone with fine contact off barrel, uphill swing. In game play had couple of hits. 66.5 mph bat speed with 21 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 84.6 mph. 329' max distance. Raw power/impact will continue to develop with added strength. Solid swing into zone with some length present. Opportunities for adjustments if it feels comfortable. Overall, nice bat/power combo.
Arm: LH. OF-84 mph. Cutoff circle to backside, BA arm speed. Throws lack carry presently. Needs long toss program to increase arm speed, behind crow hop, would recommend trying crow hop in front to maintain foot speed setting to throw, momentum slows with behind crow hop.
Defense: Moves well to baseball and breaks down well to field. Corner OF future with fringe avg range. Footwork setting to throw can be improved.
ATH: 7.07 runner in the 60. 1.73 and 3.93 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Runs hard, moves well. 31.50 max vertical.

Lale Esquivel 3B / OF / Grapevine, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: 3B/OF RHH/OF-Inf…will add strength for big/physical build. Like the tools. Upside present. Opportunities present for adjustments at the plate to increase hard contact consistency. For me, better suited defensively for OF, not discounting infield play, big body moves better in OF. Like the bat/power combo in future.
Body: 6-5, 224-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Solid now, will have strong body in future with maturity and added strength.
Hit: RHH. Sinks in legs with stride. Would recommend sinking earlier or starting in crouched stance…at times sinking into legs late with head coming down and ball on its way. Rotational back foot, does a good job of using lower 1/2 in swing, Bat/hand speed present along with bat strength. Late movement with hands creates vertical launch creating length to swing. Barrel takes decent path to zone from launch position. Aggressive swinger with pull approach, would like to see working all fields. Will impact the baseball in future, how good of a hitter and consistency of impact will be determined by developing all field approach. 74.9 mph bat speed with 15 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 99 max exit velocity, averaged 90.7 mph. 367' max distance. Lot like with raw tools at plate. Bat/hands speed and bat strength present. Opportunities for adjustments present to increase consistency. Upside.
Arm: RH. INF-91 mph. OF-94 mph. OF…Solid avg arm with accuracy present. Raw arm strength will continue to improve as he matures and gains strength. INF..varies arm action, compact circle to occ cutoff circle, works fine, throws show carry present with fringe avg accuracy. Did not show ability to throw from all angles.
Defense: OF…moves well to baseball. Breaks down to field baseball well. Feet work well throwing. Steady corner OF. INF…feet work fine getting body into position to field, feet do decent job of playing thru baseball. Hands work okay, fields baseball deep, can improve fielding out front. Shows fair body control/agility, this will improve. Feet show fair foot speed/quickness.
ATH: 7.19 runner in the 60. 1.69 and 3.96 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Solid start, acceleration. Runs hard. 25.00 max vertical.

William Fiedler OF / RHP / Kingwood, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: OF/RHP RHH/OF…needs strength. Upside present with adding strength and adjustments. Opportunities for development at plate with changes.
Body: 5-11, 163-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength in future. Like the upside for physical strength to be added.
Hit: RHH. Lands in good position to hit after stride. Rotational back foot, back knee rotates around costing some loss of lower 1/2 efficiency. Would recommend learning to take back knee directly to pitcher…think inside rt knee moving to mound with rotation of foot. Rotation acceleration will improve with this move and added strength physically. Length to swing with barrel tip over top of head. Would recommend barrel working to start towards back of head, this will allow barrel to work in direct path to zone. Front shoulder flys open causing barrel to work around zone. Take hands/barrel direct path to hit zone. Work for line drive contact, slight uphill path present. 67 mph bat speed with 5 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 99 max exit velocity, averaged 85.8 mph. 342' max distance. Upside to bat/power combo with adjustments to lower 1/2 and swing development. Bat speed and bat strength will improve with added physical strength as well.
Arm: RH. OF-86 mph. Arm works well, shows some carry to throws. Accuracy can be improved. Will continue to add arm speed/arm strength.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down well to field. Shows range in OF, solid defender.
ATH: 6.96 runner in the 60. 1.68 and 3.88 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Runs well, solid start/acceleration.

Colby Fowler OF / LHP / Lago Vista, TX / 2025

Positional Profile: OF/LHP LHH/OF with ability to add strength. Upside to hit tool with approach adjustments, pull guy right now. Power will continue to develop. Solid defender in OF, corner OF in future.
Body: 5-9, 166-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Lower shows strength now.
Hit: LHH. Lands in good position to hit after stride. Rotational back foot that works well, does a good job of using lower 1/2 in swing. Big tilt in posture in swing with lean over plate, not a big fan of this, works for him. Barrel/hands in solid launch position. Takes solid path into hitting zone with barrel/hands. Dead pull approach, shows limited ability to use all fields, didn't show location recognition. Would like to see ability to recognize location and use all fields. Solid hand speed, bat speed is good. 68.7 mph bat speed with 25 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 88.6 mph. 341' max distance. Opportunities for hit tool to exceed with adjustments. Solid line drive approach.
Arm: LH. OF-90 mph. Arm works fine, shows arm quickness. BA accuracy to throws, solid carry. Can increase arm strength with long toss program. Definitely more there for arm strength.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, nice job of breaking down to field. Sets feet to throw fine, nice job of using lower 1/2 in throwing. Decent range, corner OF at next level.
ATH: 7.12 runner in the 60. 1.75 and 3.98 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Runs hard. 30.80 max vertical.

Zackary Goldstein LHP / OF / Grapevine, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: LHP/OF LHP...shows feel for stuff. FB will add velocity in future. CB showing feel for pitch, can develop ability to manipulate actions. Change will be avg pitch. Solid delivery creating some angle with cross step. Good mover. LHH/OF Solid hitter opportunities for adjustments, like the upside to hit ability. Steady defender in OF. Like the athlete and projection for adding lean strength in future. The
Body: 5-8, 149-pounds. Smaller, athletic, lean. Build/frame to add strength present.
Hit: LHH. Lands in good position to hit after stride. Rotational back foot showing slight linear movement. Would like to see added linear movement forward allowing the lower 1/2 to be used more effectively in swing. Upside to impact with added lower 1/2, back hip in swing. Body tilts back slightly, would like to see maintaining posture in swing, hitting into firm front side. Short, abbr load with hands, would like to see hand load slowed some working to create more rythym and timing. Hands/barrel work fine into zone. Front shoulder pulls off limiting ability to stay behind baseball on outer 1/2. Some barrel dump on balls away as well. Opportunities for adjustment present. 69.7 mph bat speed with 13 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 95 max exit velocity, averaged 84.0 mph. 278' max distance. Opportunities for adjustment present increasing contact consistency. Upside to bat power combo.
Arm: LH. OF-89 mph. Arm works fine with some length, near avg arm speed. Avg future arm speed with added strength, maturity along with long toss program. Decent carry to throws and accuracy. Behind crow hop step, would recommend trying in front crow hop to help maintain lower momentum and improve throws. If not comfortable with this, not big deal.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down well to field. Avg range, next level better suited for corner with present speed/range.
ATH: 7.12 runner in the 60. 1.75 and 3.99 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Hard runner. 28.00 max vertical.

Ty Higginbotham LHP / LHP / Atascocita, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: LHP/LHP LHP with deception present. Will add some velo in future. Around zone with stuff. Like future development of pitch ability. Will be able to work both sides of plate. See as feel to pitch type in future. LHH/OF…upside to bat/power combo with adjustments. Corner OF…moves fine to baseball. Will get stronger in future.
Body: 5-9, 177-pounds. Solid build with good frame to add strength.
Hit: LHH. Lands in good position to hit after stride. Back foot rotates with slight linear movement going away from plate, front foot rotates over to side of foot. Would like to see some linear movement added forward with back foot with understanding that foot can go away from plate with linear movement on balls away for balance. Hit into firm front leg with front foot not rotating over causing loss of balance Hands/barrel in solid launch position, length to swing with barrel dumping away. Would like to see more direct path to zone with barrel. Fair bat speed will be help by more direct path with barrel, firming lower 1/2 movements in swing. 68.6 mph bat speed with 9 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 95 max exit velocity, averaged 89.9 mph. 360' max distance. Like the bat/power with adjustments. Shows ability to find barrel, ability to impact baseball will come with changes.
Arm: LH. OF-87 mph. Arm works fine with fringe avg arm speed. Feet work well throwing baseball. Needs long toss program to increase arm speed. Avg future with improvement of arm speed.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down to field baseball well. Corner OF, lacks range to play CF at next level.

Tapley Holland OF / LHP / Celina, TX / 2026

Positional Profile: OF/LHP LHP with development opportunities. Physically will gain strength. Would like to see hand get outside elbow consistently allowing arm to work easier. FB will improve with added strength and hand adjustments. CB lacks power, hard to throw with where hand is presently at. Upside present on mound with adjustments, will take time. LHH/OF…will get stronger, lots of opportunities for adjustments to improve at plate and defensively.
Body: 5-11, 180-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength.
Hit: LHH. Lands in good position after stride. Some use of lower 1/2 in swing, gets foot rotated. Gets to toes on rotation, would like to see on ball of foot at contact, also would recommend trying to gain some linear movement to back foot better engaging lower 1//2 in swing. Barrel starts with good angle to hit. Hands away from body to start swing with limited load. Hands away from power limits bat speed and ability to impact baseball. Lead arm bar with front shoulder flying open. Get hands closer to body, soften lead arm working to eliminate bar. Eliminating bar hope helps keep lead shoulder closed. Grips bat in palm of hands, get in fingers. 65 mph bat speed with 7 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 87 max exit velocity, averaged 74.5 mph. 231' max distance. Upside to bat/power combo with adjustments. Line drive contact present, barrel consistency will improve with adjustments.
Arm: LH. OF-82 mph. BA arm speed, slows feet fielding hindering momentum of lower 1/2 working when throwing. Needs long toss program to increase arm speed and firm footwork when setting and working thru throw.
Defense: Initial movement moving to baseball fine. Slows footwork fielding, must learn to keep feet working thru baseball fielding. Corner OF.
ATH: 7.39 runner in the 60. 1.78 and 4.08 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Runs hard. 26.90 max vertical.

Body: 6-2, 225-pounds. Good build. Width to shoulders, strength present now. Will continue to add strength in future. Power.
Hit: RHH. Lands slightly closed after stride. Rotational back foot, does a good job of using lower 1/2 and creating rotation acceleration. Bat speed with bat strength. Length to swing, wrap present. Pull approach. Aggressive swinger. Would love to see all field approach, has more than enough bat speed and strength to leave to all fields. 83.7 mph bat speed with 19 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 109 max exit velocity, averaged 99.7 mph. 402' max distance. Opportunities present for adjustments. Raw power present, with approach change could have abv avg power production.

Ryan Kelly OF / LHP / Colleyville Heritage, TX / 2025

Positional Profile: OF/LHP LHH/OF with opportunities for adjustment with approach and swing create upside to bat/power combo. Solid defender in OF, best suited for corner OF spot, moves well enough to play CF sacrificing some range. Upside physically with strength.
Body: 5-10, 169-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Solid build future.
Hit: LHH. Lands slight closed with stride, rotational back foot, fair use of lower on balls middle/away, lower 1/2 struggles to get completely involved on inner…restricted with closed off stride. Stride location is fine, especially if comfortable, would change it. Would recommend trying some linear movement forward with back foot to see if that helps lower 1/2 provide more impact on inner. Solid balance in swing. Barrel in decent launch position/angle with start of swing. Hands push away from body with lead arm bar. Length to swing created with bar, barrel works out and around in swing adding more length. Pulls hands thru to compensate for bar resulting in pull swing and cutting thru balls on outer 1/2. Would recommend softening of lead elbow shortening bar, must firm ability to take hands/barrel in zone with more direct path. Lead bar combined with closed off stride foot creates working around ball in zone. 70.4 mph bat speed with 15 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 86.2 mph. 335' max distance. Shows solid bat/hand speed. Opportunities for adjustments with approach and swing present. Upside to hit and power with changes.
Arm: LH. OF-88 mph. Arm works fine, must get throws down, on line for infielder to be able to cut ball. Long toss program would be beneficial.

ATH: 7.00 runner in the 60. 1.71 and 3.90 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Moves well, runs hard. 30.30 max vertical.

Brady Ladusau OF / OF / Rockwall-Heath, TX / 2025

Positional Profile: OF/OF RHH/OF..can add strength. Like the upside to power with hit adjustments, chance to develop into player with good power production. Steady defender in OF. Can he make adjustments?
Body: 6-1, 208-pounds. Width to back, good build/frame to add strength.
Hit: RHH. Lands in good position to hit after stride. Rotational back foot, majority of time never gets fully rotated or get hip moving forward costing impact to swing. Would like to see him work on getting fully rotated and drive hip forward hitting into firm front side. Could try to see if developing some linear movement to back foot would drive hip forward…option, if not comfortable with linear move, work on getting hip to drive forward, Solid launch position of hands/barrel. Slight length to swing, pull approach, inconsistent barrel control on balls middle/away with barrel dump. Must work to stay on top of baseball, work on using all fields…staying behind baseball and getting on top for line drives. 70.4 mph bat speed with 12 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 101 max exit velocity, averaged 86.9 mph. 350' max distance. Barrel control can be improved. Opportunities present to improve hit approach with body along with contact consistency from swing adjustments.
Arm: RH. OF-86 mph. Arm works fine, lacks arm speed. BA accuracy to throws, lacks carry. Needs long toss program to increase arm speed.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down well to field. Fringe avg range present. Corner OF better suited for LF at next level unless arm strength takes jump.
ATH: 7.28 runner in the 60. 1.73 and 4.01 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Hard runner.

Body: 5-8, 152-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Will have solid build with added strength and maturity.
Hit: SH. LHH…Upright hitter landing in good spot to hit after stride. Rotational back foot get stuck in rotation during swing, never gets fully rotated hindering ability to impact baseball. RHH…lands in good spot to hit after stride. Rotational back foot, gets rotated, at times, slightly late, overall nice job with lower 1/2. LHH…Hands/barrel in good position to hit. Pull approach with uphill path. Would love to see more line drive contact, don't see plus power as his game in future. RHH…barrel/hands in good position to launch, tad pull conscious, can do a better job of location recognition and use all fields. 65.7 mph bat speed with 11 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 92 max exit velocity, averaged 78.4 mph. 344' max distance. Hit over power. Love the upside to hit ability with taking advantage of development opportunities.
Arm: RH. OF-85 mph. Arm works fine showing some arm speed. Below avg accuracy to throws. Needs long toss program to increase arm speed, work to close lead shoulder getting towards target to improve accuracy.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, shows range in OF. Breaks down well to field baseball. Can play CF at next level.

Body: 5-11, 183-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength, lower showing some now strength.
Hit: RHH. Lands in solid position to hit. Rotational back foot that get stuck and never gets fully rotated at all times, loses efficiency of lower 1/2 by not hitting into firm front side with consistency. Stride rolls over on side early losing balance. Hit into firm front foot and into ball of the stride foot. Body leans back with swing, would like to see more upright during swing with body. Barrel starts wrapped creating length to swing from the start. Long swing into zone with pull approach. Would recommend not starting with barrel wrapped and flat, add some angle working more to back of head. Take shorter path to zone with hands and barrel. 61.4 mph bat speed with 11 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 97 max exit velocity, averaged 85.3 mph. 336' max distance. Like the upside to bat/power combo with adjustments. Opportunities present for changes to increase contact consistency and impact.

Body: 6-0, 178-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength in future.
Hit: LHH. Lands slight closed with stride in solid position to hit. Rotational back foot, does a solid job of using lower 1/2 in swing. Late push of hands away from body creates bar and length to swing. Dead pull approach present. With present approach struggles to consistently barrel baseball. Would recommend shortening trigger for swing. This should soften lead arm and allow hands to work. Shows bat/hand speed. 73 mph bat speed with 24 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 97 max exit velocity, averaged 87.4 mph. 342' max distance. Opportunities present for adjustments for bat/power to exceed. Shows bat/hand speed present.

Positional Profile: OF/3B Good stuff with upside. Will get stronger, moves well. FB will continue to improve with velo, strike thrower with ability to improve command within zone. Slider has quality action, ability to get swing and miss. Change has action with deception. Will continue to get better. RHH/OF…opportunities present for adjustments and improvements. Strike thrower, not afraid of contact. LHH/OF…upside to bat/power combo with taking advantage of some opportunities to hit approach/swing. Solid defender in OF.
Body: 5-8, 171-pounds. Solid build with room to add strength. Lower shows some strength now.
Hit: LHH. Lands in good position to hit after stride. Some linear movement to back foot, does a nice job of using lower 1/2. Opportunity to develop increased linear movement forward looking to increase lower 1/2 use resulting in potentially increased ability to impact baseball. Body falls back at point of contact, stay upright. Barrel at good angle for launch. Hands slightly away from body to start swing, costing some bat speed. Would recommend working to get hands started closer to shoulder, if comfortable, this adjustment should result in increased bat speed. Slight uphill path into zone creating fly ball contact, would like to see get on plane more for increase line drive contact. Lacks barrel control on balls away. 67.1 mph bat speed with 15 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 95 max exit velocity, averaged 83.9 mph. 358' max distance. Opportunities for adjustment to increase bat speed and improvement of barrel control, impact. Upside to bat/power combo.
Arm: RH. OF-91 mph. Arm works well, arm speed present. Throws show carry at times. Would like to see him try to crow hop in front instead of behind with hinders lower 1/2 momentum to throws when he doesn't maintain foot speed. Try and see if he likes, not something he has to do, just looking for more consistency to throws. Grade could improve.
Defense: Moves well to baseball, breaks down well to field. Fringe avg range present. Corner OF at next level.
ATH: 7.07 runner in the 60. 1.69 and 3.91 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Solid acceleration, runs hard. 32.10 max vertical.

Body: 6-1, 173-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Love the upside physically as he adds strength.
Hit: RHH. Upright stance, lands in solid position to hit. Rotational back foot, gets to toe and over rotates. Recommend staying on ball of foot with rotation, doing this allows ability hit into firm front side with firm back side increasing ability to impact baseball. Barrel/hands launch from good position. Shows solid path with hands to zone, some length to swing, would like to barrel take more direct path to hit zone instead of slight cast away/around plate. Front shoulder pulls off to compensate for length to swing. Shortening swing will help shoulder stay closed, not flying open. 68.3 mph bat speed with 20 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 97 max exit velocity, averaged 83.1 mph. 366' max distance. Upside to bat/power with adjustments. Lower 1/2 can be improved. Swing adjustments will help with contact consistency.
Arm: RH. OF-87 mph. Throwing can be improved, throws lack carry and accuracy. Cutoff circle to backside, shows there is arm speed present. Body: 5-7, 153-pounds. Good frame/build to add strength.
Hit: RHH. Lands slightly closed after stride. Rotational back foot, does a solid job of getting rotated and using lower 1/2. Feel he can drive foot forward some for slight linear movement forward and fully access lower 1/2 in swing increasing impact. If not comfortable with linear move, will be fine. Some length to swing with barrel starting wrapped. Hands take solid path to hitting zone, barrel works around body some adding length. Would recommend not getting barrel starting that wrapped and work to have barrel take direct path to zone. Pull type swing is a result of path that barrel takes initially. 69.9 mph bat speed with 18 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 94 max exit velocity, averaged 87.3 mph. 324' max distance. Hit over power with upside to hit grade. Love the line drive contact. Opportunities for swing adjustments present. Believer that he will make adjustments.

Body: 5-10, 185-pounds. Solid build with thickness, room to add strength.
Hit: RHH. Lands in good position to hit after stride, slightly closed. Linear movement to back foot, back foot slides away from plate with movement forward. Recommend driving foot forward landing on line with stride foot, this will allow complete use of lower 1/2. With balls away back foot can slide away from plate for balance. Firming this movement will allow compete use of lower 1/2 and help with rotation acceleration. Hands start away from body. Doing this will improve lower 1/2 use and increase rotation acceleration. Hands/barrel in good position to hit, solid path to zone showing solid contact. Good swing. Simple. 73 mph bat speed with 9 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 99 max exit velocity, averaged 89.8 mph. 358' max distance. Good swing with solid line drive contact. Hands bat, opportunities present to increase efficiency of lower 1/2. Like the swing.
Defense: Solid receiver, moves well behind plate blocking. Feet work fine setting to throw. Nice job of handling pitchers.
ATH: 7.03 runner in the 60. 1.65 and 3.53 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Solid acceleration, moves well for big body.
