Wilson takes over as Director, Pascoe joins Butler staff
August 22, 2016
The Prep Baseball Report is extremely pleased to announce Aaron Wilson as the Michigan Scouting Director.
Wilson, who most recently served as the assistant scouting director, will build on the foundation laid by previous scouting director Andy Pascoe, who was recently named an assistant coach at Butler University.
In addition to his role with PBR Michigan, Wilson recently served as managing director for Arsenal Baseball. He is well connected around the state with high school, summer, and college coaches. He has played a key role in growing PBR Michigan and creating opportunities for hundreds of kids around the state.
Wilson, a native of Detroit, prepped at Henry Ford High School where he was a 2006 Louisville Slugger All American. He capped off a solid high school career setting the MHSAA record for strikeouts and ERA. He went on to play collegiately at Coppin State University.
Sam Abrams, Manager of Player Relations, Youth and Sports Programs for the Detroit Tigers noted, "Aaron, has been a tremendous resource, outlet and support for young aspiring ball players throughout the greater Detroit region. The Prep Baseball Report team will benefit greatly from Aaron's positive attitude, honesty, dependability, leadership, work ethic and intelligence. Aaron is very knowledgeable, unselfish, and genuinely concerned for others making him a true asset to PBR."

Farwell note from Andy Pascoe
I also want to thank Aaron Wilson, Alex Schillig, and Dylan Hefflinger for all of the hard work they put in with PBR Michigan and everything they did with me and for me to help; I am also thankful for all of the workers that helped with everything the past eight months - they were a big part in making everything work.
- Andy
